Whether it was walking on my Mother’s back as a toddler, rubbing my kindergarten teacher's shoulders, or using reiki with my family as a child to help relieve headaches, caring for others through therapeutic touch has always been essential to who I am.

I've been practicing massage therapy since 1996 and continue challenging myself to keep learning and refining my skills to meet each individual's needs. With over 2 decades of practice and a lifetime of passion, I support my clients through injury rehabilitation, releasing stress and tension, managing anxiety, keeping tissues supple and healthy through the changes and stages of life, maintaining a self-care regimen, and generally supporting well-being.

I believe that ethical, therapeutic touch, is an essential nutrient that allows the central nervous system to remember itself as well-being. With regular, ongoing bodywork, it is my experience that this state of well being becomes more and more of how the body experiences and expresses itself.
