My goals are centered around your personal wellness goals whether that’s reducing stress, improving sleep, migraines/headaches, back pain and so much more. All sessions are tailored to per individual and offered a treatment plan along with self-care maintenance. As someone who's experienced the roller coaster of chronic pain since 15, there is a 'better' self-care and patient education to understand your body to be the best you you can be!

In addition to sessions, I offer an original anti-inflammatory massage oil in therapy sessions as well as in 5mL/10mL for spot treatments. Upon request, I can make custom essential oil roll-ons, lotions, aromatic sprays and aromatic inhaler sticks.

My Journey

Some may know me as a portrait photographer first. Over the years, I've personally struggled with chronic pain until I discovered massage therapy that inevitably changed the quality of my life, literally! The day after my session I knew I needed to share this gift of healing. At 19, I had been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia (FM), congenital spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease and osteoarthritis, and inflammatory autoimmune disease. At age 22, Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS) and occipital nerve migraines were added to the list. Finding physical comfort was difficult, difficulties sleeping, some days high blood pressure due to nerve pain/compression, numbness, shooting pains, muscle and mental fatigue, you name it. At a young age, I didn't know how "not normal" these issues were nor how to halt what could be worse but naturally overtime, I had adjusted to whatever that "normal" was for me. Collectively after 7 different treatments in physical therapy over 3.5 years, chiropractic therapy, medication therapy that had resulted in med allergies, a car accident leading to multiple spinal injections, it became too exhausting to chase any relief while having to work 50+ hours a week believing disability was around the corner before age 30. I found a clinical driven licensed massage therapist that knew what assessments to look at that made such a positive impact in my life to pull me out of dark pain-induced mental state. After seeing 2 full hands of specialists, I'd realized how massage therapists have the most hands on time with an individual than any other provider. This realization is what inspired offering treatment plans and self-care suggestions to help benefit beyond "being on the table." Please understand, I am not a doctor and not able to diagnose any medical conditions. I am here to share my journey of coping with chronic pain with others to say I wholeheartedly understand those "not so bright days."
