Gloria Grace: Massage and Reflexology is built on the core belief that massage is not a luxury, it is an essential part of self care, and overall wellness. Massage is also one of the most effective, noninvasive, treatments available for chronic pain management, and injury recovery. Especially when utilized regularly, and in conjunction with complimentary treatments such as reflexology, chiropractic care, and/or physical therapy.

Healthy muscles are an important part of overall health and wellness. Not only do they allow freedom of movement, maintain good joint condition, and maximize overall strength, but they facilitate healthy nerve and immune function, proper blood flow, and optimal organ function as well. Beyond the physical benefits that massage therapy can have on the muscular tissues, it can also have a profound effect on mental emotional health. The mind and body are intimately intertwined and physical and mental health have proven to have a direct affect on each other.

My ultimate goal here at Gloria Grace: Massage & Reflexology is to help each of my clients achieve optimal, long term, overall health and wellness. I aspire to not only release tension from the muscles and aid in physical healing, but also to provide a positive, comfortable space for clients to destress, meditate, and clear the mind. I understand and respect that each person has unique needs and preferences. I am dedicated to using the best of my abilities to provide an individualized, custom tailored treatment, to provide the highest quality of care, and best overall experience, for every client that I am blessed to work with.
