At Your Muscle Connection, I specialize in helping you find lasting relief from pain and discomfort. Using a range of massage techniques and therapeutic modalities, I focus on restoring movement, reducing muscular tension, and improving overall function. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply carrying the stress of everyday, each session is designed to meet your unique needs. My goal is simple: to get you moving, felling and living better- one session at a time.

Intake Forms

Intake forms are sent out via email the day before your appointment. It is required to have them filled out before your session. If you fill them out during your appointment time, your session may be shortened.

Scheduling Policy Reminder

To honor everyone's time and ensure availability:

Appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in cancellation fees or in the forfeit of you deposit.
No-shows will also result in the forfeit of your deposit.
Late arrivals will end at the scheduled time and full payment is required.
Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis if I am notified as soon as possible, preferably with a minimum of a 2 hour notice.
If fees are not paid, the account will be blocked an no longer allowed to book
