I’m a licensed massage therapist with a passion for healing touch, practicing since 2018. My own journey with bodywork has been deeply transformative, and I’m honored to offer the same space for relief, restoration, and reconnection to others.

I specialize in deep tissue massage, with a focus on the neck and shoulders—areas where so many of us carry stress and pain. My approach is client-centered and intuitive, tailoring each session to what your body needs in the moment. Whether you're seeking functional results, deep relaxation, or support in processing stress or trauma, I strive to meet you where you are with skill and care.
