I am a daughter, sister, friend, and above all, a wellness advocate. Through my personal journey, I discovered that my true calling lies in the healing art of massage therapy. I am inspired by people—their stories, their resilience, and the ways they carry both tension and strength in the body. I am grounded by the unique layers each session reveals.

After two decades in the financial sector, I felt called to pursue a path that was more intrinsically rewarding—one rooted in connection, presence, and healing. Massage therapy has long been a quiet dream of mine, and I have come to deeply value the power of intentional human touch.

I offer a blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Energy Work, Reiki, Hot Stone, Cupping, Therapeutic, and Intuitive bodywork. Through skilled, intuitive care, I aim to help each client release what no longer serves them and return to a state of balance and ease.

Outside of my work, I enjoy creating seasonal meals for friends and family, exploring new places with close friends, and hiking the foothills with my beloved Labradoodle, Fritza.

I guide my practice with a simple principle: be kind, work hard, and be honest. Through touch, presence, and compassion, I help others return to themselves—one breath, one moment, one mindful connection at a time.
