My passion is to help my clients relieve tension and stress in their bodies so they can uncover the hidden jewels awaiting in their spirit.

It is challenging to be the best version of yourself when you are in pain or feel stress, so when I work on my clients, my intention is to give them a time out from everything while we work together to heal the discomforts happening within them.

My goal is for my clients to leave my table, and our shared space with a renewed and refreshed outlook so they can go back into their lives and be more present and in tune to the moments that truly matter to them.

I started my Massage Therapy journey 4 years ago and have been a Reiki Practitioner for 7 years. Reiki is a form of vibrational energy therapy that enhances the vitality of the body. While I use a variety of modalities of massage, my favorite is integrated massage where I incorporate energy therapy (Reiki) with massage.
