My mission is to serve my community as a trusted professional while providing a safe space and services that promote healing and a state of well-being.

I am trained and proficient in many different massage modalities including Swedish, sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial release.

Before the massage I have a conversation with every client to understand their needs and actively listen to ensure good communication is established while suggesting a plan of action for the session. Every massage is uniquely customized and geared towards meeting the specific needs of each individual client.
