Using my hands as well as my heart, I help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable. Some people come to me for energy balancing, some for physical tension relief, some to have their experiences seen in a fuller, deeper kind of way.

My goal is to make room for and enliven the natural healing capacity within each client. Clients who see me often say they feel an unwinding of the body, mind and emotions. They leave feeling grounded, centered, soothed, and more open to possibility. Like meeting the best version of themselves.
