Healing Meadows operates in two capacities. One is a Mobile Massage & Body Work-Think-"In the Privacy and Comfort of Your Own Home Luxury". You don't have to drive anywhere, you save time, gas, meny and best of all, you can fall asleep right after your relaxing session! *pricing is for Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City. I can travel to Monument, Palmer Lake, Security and Fountain for an additional travel fee.

Mobile Integrative Health Coaching, Spiritual Care and Grief Support Service can be provided at a local coffee shop, library or neighborhood park.

The other is Pro-Bono Massages for Veterans, hosted at Mt. Carmel Veteran Service Center, on Mondays. Session times are 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00 and are scheduled through Mt. Carmel VSC front desk.

Massage & Body Work: Whether your session is done in the comfort of your home for a fee, or you come as a Veteran to Mt. Carmel, expect to be treated with respect, care and receive personalized massage or coaching based on your particular needs and desires, from Swedish, for relaxation, blood flow and lymph flow, to Deep Tissue, for breaking up scar tissue, muscle soreness and kinks, Myofascial Scraping, Cupping to relieve restricted fascia and help with healing.

Integrative Health Coaching: I will take you, the client through finding your core values, strengths and a long-range vision of your ideal life, and then we work to pinpoint areas in which you are ready to make changes, set goals and manageable steps to live your best life!

Spiritual Care: If you feel stuck spiritually, or would like someone to come alongside you as you explore and deepen your connection with God, I am here for that! We'll go over your current relationship with spirituality and what you would like to see and organically delve into connecting with God.

Grief Support: Everyone experiences loss, and many times our friends/family don't know how to offer the support that we need to work through all the intense and difficult feelings. Sometimes we just need someone to sit in silence while we tap into the deep and overwhelming feelings with someone present so we're not alone. Sometimes we need to release the intense emotions through physical movement or even screaming. Sometimes we need to talk about the loss and remember or have help letting go. I'm comfortable with silence and screaming and if you want I can join in!
