Massage therapy and bodywork have been my passion from the very beginning, and I feel incredibly grateful to do work that I genuinely love. Helping people feel better, continuing to learn, and growing both personally and professionally are at the heart of everything I do.

I still remember my first visit to the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. The moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had found what I was meant to do. I enrolled that same day, and it remains one of the best decisions I've ever made. I graduated and earned my professional massage therapy license in 2014.

Since then, I've continued to build on my education through continuing education courses, specialized training, self-study, and, most importantly, the experience I've gained working with each of my clients. Every person I meet teaches me something new, and I believe there's always more to learn.

My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can relax, heal, and reconnect with your body. Whether you're seeking relief from pain, recovering from everyday stress, or simply taking time to care for yourself, I feel honored to be part of your wellness journey.

For more than a decade, I worked with the special needs community in a variety of roles, including paraprofessional, summer program teacher, respite aide, and substitute teacher. Those experiences taught me the importance of patience, flexibility, and meeting each person where they are.

I'm also proud to have volunteered as a massage therapist with the Special Olympics massage team at the Healthy Promotions summer program. Through my Liddle Kidz Pediatric Massage certification, I've received specialized training in massage techniques for a wide range of diagnoses.
