What kind of pressure can I expect to receive? My average range is medium to deep. The pressure depends on the person's general preference and the goals that we set together for the session. I like to work with communication, intention and focus to create a healing and relaxing experience.

What modalities do you use the most? My styles include Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and assisted stretching. I customize each of my sessions by combining different styles to meet each person's needs.

What got you into bodywork? I have been an athlete, dancer and physical theatre performer all my life. Over the years, I have sustained many injuries in my shoulders, wrists and legs. Massage therapy was the most helpful element in my recovery. It helped me to rehabilitate and return to practices that I love. I'm grateful for the impact massage has had on my life, and I feel passionate about collaborating with people to feel better in their bodies.

What other elements of your life do you bring to your bodywork? I am a musician, athlete, farmer and a very curious person. I bring to my practice my capacity for listening, physical groundedness and nurturing support. I strive to create an atmosphere of harmony and attunement to hold people in their healing processes.
