Hello! I'm Stephanie Garner, I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner, I've been providing massage therapy in the Freeport and surrounding areas since 2011. I graduated with my Associates degree in Massage Therapy in December 2010. I then took my National Boards exam (NCBTMB) which allowed me to obtain my IL license. I have pursued my education to the furthest possible degree and achieved one of my lifelong goals and dreams. I went on to receive my Bachelors in Nutrition and Masters in Oriental Medicine, and finally my Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. I am currently studying for my National Board exams (NCCAOM).

I enjoy working with all people of various ages, and whether they are coming in just for relaxation or a specific ailment or aches and pains. I enjoy working with new clients as they present new challenges and have me think outside of the box of how to help them achieve their goals. I tailor each session to the clients needs and always ask if what we are doing is working and if not what we could do differently and offering suggestions of alternate ways to achieve their goals. The client is the integral part of their health and wellness and I will do my best to help guide them to their goals.
