I am passionate about helping people experience peace and renewal amidst the stresses of life. Being able to relieve pains that show up in others minds and bodies is what drives my passion to aid in the soothing and recovery of underlying root issues.

My massage style is nurturing and relaxing and centered on focusing on what your body needs. I will help unwind the unique tensions and patterns your body holds onto while allowing your mind and soul to reset.

I graduated from WellSpring School of Allied Health and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist and AMTA member since 2018. I am well-versed in Swedish Massage, Myofacial Release, Mindful Deep Pressure Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Spa Treatments.
