I am Rosa Vasquez, Sports and Medical Massage Therapist, striving to heal and help my clients with their chronic pains and recovery needs.

My interests in athletic potential as well as physiology brought me to Richmond to study Exercise Science at VCU then into Massage Therapy where I found my passion. I teach my clients to connect with and listen to thier body as key components to effective exersice and every day, pain-free movement.
