I originally came to Ithaca in 2013 to study massage therapy at the Finger Lakes School of Massage. After completing my certification I took some years to travel & learn modalities like; TM meditation, Lomi Lomi massage and other holistic Wellness practices.

I've been working as a LMT since 2016. My style integrates Swedish, Myofacial Releases , Shiatsu, ROM (range of motion.) I Also have training in ; Pre- natal, Lomi lomi, hot-stones, sports & Elder .Taking time to tailor my sessions to my clients' needs is one of my favorite parts of having a practice. Being able to assist my clients in their pursuits of holisitc care is my top priority.
