Elizabeth works with the body's ability to heal itself, listening to the wisdom within the body. She applies skill, intuition, and experience through Craniosacral Therapy and Swedish massage techniques to assist the body, mind and soul to heal.

As we move through the world physically and emotionally, our bodies and our minds get tired, overworked, injured, stressed, abused and scarred.
Many of the restrictions in our tissues can work themselves out because the body is created to heal itself, but sometimes we need help.
We need touch, we need love, we need rest, we need safety, we need nurturing, we need help.

Everything in our body is connected and affects us as a whole. To be whole and healthy and happy we must care for our own needs and we must take care of each other.
