I did, too. As a massage therapist for over 20 years, I had chronic neck and shoulder pain that I could not resolve, along with frequent migraines. I tried all kinds of bodywork and exercise programs, and while many helped, my pain always returned.

Last year I learned a way of working with the tight, tense tissue in my body, called fascia. I dove in working on myself, and much to my surprise, within a month I resolved my neck and shoulder pain, and have not had one major migraine episode since. It also reduced my anxiety and overall stress levels.

I learned how to do this work on others, and have combined it with the meditative, whole-body techniques of Thai Massage, done clothed on a mat on the floor, in addition to treatments on the table.
