Sarah has been practicing massage therapy since 2017, completing 1,000 hours of training at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health. She integrates deep tissue, trigger point, and Swedish techniques to meet each client’s unique needs and support both muscular relief and nervous system balance.

With a foundation in holistic health, Sarah views the body as deeply connected to lifestyle, stress, and lived experience. Her sessions go beyond symptom relief, collaborating with clients to support awareness, resilience, and sustainable change that extends beyond the massage table.

Outside the treatment room, Sarah enjoys being a wife and mom, and savoring a really good cup of coffee while reading her Bible.
