Jesus is my life. It truly is because of Him, that I live. He is my hope, my strength, and my all in all. Life has its joys, challenges, hurts, victories, etc, but in it all - I know that the Lord never changes and His love never fails. Even in my human brokenness, His love and grace run so deep and I'm beyond thankful for this.

Happily married for 17 1/2 years. Mother of 5 and now a grandmother! I enjoy time with my family. We love playing games, hiking, camping, biking, and just having fun -making memories. Our kids are a wide span of ages, so they keep us busy ... and keep me learning and growing continually.

Massage Therapy has been an interest of mine since childhood. It truly is a gift that is worth giving. Human touch is vital to our well-being. Soft tissue massage techniques help relax muscles, increase blood circulation, increase lymph flow, improve healing time of strained ligaments/muscles, and so much more!

Summer of 2021, the Lord blessed me by making a way for me to attend The Giving Touch Massage School, here in the Grand Valley. I completed a total required 500 hours of in-class training, online academics, and clinical practice. The modalities this training focused on are: Foot Reflexology; Swedish; Ayurvedic Nepali; Deep Tissue.

After completion of school, I spent a couple months focusing on studying for the MBLEX. I did pass my MBLEX in December 2021 and officially received my license in the state of Colorado in January 2022. I am very blessed to serve others and use this opportunity to touch lives with some relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation. 

I look forward to growing more in knowledge and technique as I learn from other amazing therapists. It is my desire to continue my education through various CE courses and be able to serve my clients more efficiently. My current goals are to educate myself with more knowledge in prenatal, medical, sports, and cupping.

There are so many wonderful people (family, friends, classmates, instructors, acquaintances, clients) who have supported me in this journey and made it possible. I am thankful for each one of them.
