I'm honored you're here!

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) specializing in relaxation massage for stress management and therapeutic work for relief from acute or chronic pain. My sessions combine elements of Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and assisted stretching techniques.

Becoming an LMT was an additional career as I have been in the world of social work for more than a decade. My background in social services has laid a foundation for offering trauma-informed care by providing safe, compassionate, and judgement-free bodywork all within a sacred space. My mission is to meet each client with empathy and understanding through a lens of resilience and empower them to trust what their body is calling for on their journey.

I'm a graduate of the Oregon School of Massage in Portland, Oregon, and Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho. I practice and study yoga, love to cook, and enjoy spending time outside trail running, gardening, camping, and being on the water.
