Monika Stefanac a multi-passionate lover of life and all things bodies. She helps empower others into a space of aliveness and BE-ing through connecting with the amazing vessel of our body. She has guided many humans on their path to wellness, ease, and joy in life through establishing and cultivating a creationship with their body. Monika draws on her lived lessons and experiences that inspire her to grow and live intentionally.

As a guide and conduit to healing, Monika is professionally known for her wonderful facilitation as a Massage Therapist, Access Consciousness and Spinal Flow practitioner. She is the creator of the Lightness of Being Podcast and you will likely find her bouncing around, staying curious about the wisdom others have to offer.

When she’s not in the office you can find her on the trails with her service dog, Henry, or out exploring the world. As an avid adventurer, she has created connections all over the world, built bridges, discovered passions, and lived life at the edge of her comfort zone. Monika truly believes that life’s greatest learning experiences come from travel and exploration, inward and outward.

Her focus is on shifting and clearing the pains and shadows that manifest in your physical and energetic bodies with ease. Together, we can bring lightness into your body and world and start to shine a light on your greatest gifts and how to use those gifts to support yourself and the the collective.

I offer intuitive touch partnered with Spinal Flow, Access Consciousness energy medicine, and PEMF technology to heal your mind, body and soul. Gene Key exploration is always an option too!

I've had a lot of bad massages in my life so I pride myself on offering the best bodywork in Bend! If you are ready to soften your stress, I've got your back.

Special note: My service dog, Henry, a 8 year old golden doodle is present at most of my sessions. If you have questions please contact me.
