Hi all! I'm Dan and I have been a Massage Therapist since March of 2020. Throughout my experience I've seen and worked with many different types of clients... Some that were in a cycle of chronic pain, and others who needed to relax and escape from the stresses of daily life.

Massage therapy is a great addition to any wellness plan. Regular massage helps to ease muscle tension, rehabilitate injuries, relieve chronic pain, ease the symptoms of many conditions including depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia and more! It is my hope that when we work together, we can come up with a plan that suits your individual needs.

I practice an integrative approach to massage, which means...I don't have a list of different massage modalities for you to choose...I use them all at once! I practice many modalities of massage including Swedish, Connective Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial release, Prenatal, and I continue to study other forms of massage.

I practice in this way because every body is UNIQUE. So, shouldn’t the massage be just as unique as the individual? Massage is so versatile and can help a lot of people in many ways. It starts with a conversation about what you hope to accomplish during your session. How are you feeling in your body today? Is there an area that’s giving you trouble? Massage is not a one size fits all type of service, and it’s NOT a luxury. It’s preventative healthcare, it’s rehabilitative, it’s a necessity for any good personal wellness program.
