My name is Ed '9' Ratcliff, I am a Chicago raised retired professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter turned Holistic Health Practioner. My late mom Laceine Mason was my inspiration into the martial arts as well as holistic health and massage therapy. She was my first Sensei in Karate and inspired me to get certified in Holistic Health practices after she returned to essence due to cancer. Her passing pushed me to get knowledgable on how to work with our bodies as to keep it in primed condition to fight diseases such as cancer and more so I enrolled in and graduated from the prestigious Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, now called, Pacific College of Health and Science here in San Diego, Ca. Since my graduation in December 2017 I have been working for and building my business called BODY MIND BY9 LLC where I utilize my skills of martial arts and holistic healing to help my clients build their body, mind and mind-body to aid in it's own healing thru physical fitness, massage and bodywork, as well as reiki.
