My practice is founded on the idea that our bodies have the beautiful capacity to heal themselves. However, our bodies and minds can sometimes move out of sync with our natural healing rhythms, and we need an outside person to assist in the healing process: That's where I come in.

I aim to provide personalized, intuitive, body-centered care to each person who steps into my office. I make each person's individuality my priority, and work closely with each client to provide the care that works best for them. My work is never one size fits all.

I believe massage therapy functions best when the client and practitioner can communicate openly and work collaboratively on the client's session. I'm excited to work with you on your health journey!
