I'm Alex, and I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Soul Spa Wellness. Since graduating from the New York Institute of Massage in 2019, I’ve been passionate about helping people find relief from pain, reduce stress, and find a sense of peace and balance within their bodies.

I believe that healing looks different for everyone. One of the things I value most about what I do is the opportunity to truly listen, build genuine connections, and help people better understand what their bodies are asking for. That’s why every session begins with a conversation, giving us the opportunity to explore your goals, concerns, and what your body may need most that day.

My favorite part of what I do is helping people slow down, tune into themselves, relax their body and mind, and let go of the constant demands of everyday life. Whether you’re needing relief from chronic tension, recovering from physical strain, or simply looking for time to recharge, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for.

Through both my work and Soul Spa Wellness as a whole, my intention is to offer more than just a service. I strive to create an experience that helps you feel better in your body, calmer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.
