Active Recovery Massage was created to provide impactful massage therapy to assist in the pursuit of a healthier, pain-free life.

Examples of modalities commonly used in my practice include deep-tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, active/passive range of motion, myofascial release, and others.

Importantly, my practice acknowledges there are many aspects to health and wellness dependent on each other. Discussing these aspects and asking questions is key in identifying underlying patterns and optimizing your health.
