I have practiced massage therapy for the past 4 years and have accumulated over 3000 hours of hands on experience. Throughout this time, I've realized how many people suffer from pain, tightness and minor injuries mainly in their upper bodies and how debilitating and distracting it is in our day to day lives.

We specialize in neck, shoulders, and back. Through a combination of knowledge, experience and intuition we have created a 3 point system that reaches every muscle leading to more flexibility, less pain and a more relaxed body and life.

We've been told by many clients that through this 3 point system we use techniques no other therapist has before and we access & release muscles that have never been relaxed. We find the source and use a combination of all modalities we offer for lasting tangible results, leaving you blissed out after every session.

We offer therapeutic massages with a choice of 60-90 minute sessions. Within every session we offer a multitude of different modalities (such as deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, stretching and Swedish) based on a treatment plan created specifically for your body. Prices will never increase regardless of which modalities are used.

Yes! We've eliminated the guess work of choosing a specific type of massage your body needs that day and through the initial consultation and throughout the massage we customize a treatment plan using all types of massages we offer at NO additional cost to you.

We do this because we recognize as a client sometimes it's hard to know exactly what kind of massage you are needing.
