►Massage is AMAZING!! That's why I went to school to become a massage therapist. I love it and I know that it has helped me tremendously with keeping migraines at bay, healing my frozen shoulder, and decreasing the DOMS from hot yoga, running and over-zealous gardening.

►I want to pass on the MAGIC- that's what it feels like to me when my muscles "let go", relax, and release their tension and stress when massage is applied.
