For over a decade, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how people move, heal, and thrive. My work blends a strong background in exercise science and nutrition with advanced training in manual therapy, creating a comprehensive, results-driven approach to pain relief and performance.

Clients often describe my work as attentive, intuitive, and highly individualized—because I take the time to listen, evaluate, and adapt. Having navigated my own journey with chronic pain, I understand how complex and discouraging recovery can feel. That lived experience shapes the compassion, clarity, and patience I offer in my practice.

My goal is simple: help you move better, feel better, and return to the activities that matter most. Whether you’re an athlete refining performance, a professional managing daily strain, or someone rebuilding after injury, you’ll receive skilled, evidence-informed bodywork tailored to your needs.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from people seeking everyday relief to athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, elite endurance sports, collegiate programs, and performance-driven professions that rely on exceptional physical care.
