Mason spent 18 years training and competing in martial arts, consisting of Taekwon-Do and kickboxing. During those years he competed and won many National titles and two World Championships. While competing at this high level of competition he was blessed to be in the care of an accomplished Therapeutic Massage Therapist who worked with athletes, including Olympic and Ironman competitors. He learned first-hand the value and importance of massage for the body mind, and spirit.

Mason’s focus is helping people regain relief and mobility by implementing a combination of therapeutic and sports modalities. He is very passionate about helping people improve their quality of life by releasing both physical and emotional blocks. His goal is to assist his clients on the journey of long-term optimal health.
