I am a certified massage therapist with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to helping clients achieve pain relief, relaxation, and improved mobility. I received my certification from Just For Your Health College of Massage in San Jose in 2001 and have since worked in both spa and clinical settings, refining my expertise in various massage modalities.

My journey began at a Day Spa, where I mastered relaxation and deep tissue techniques. I later expanded my skill set by working in three chiropractic offices, specializing in clinical massage, injury recovery, Active Release Techniques (ART), and sports massage. My approach focuses on identifying muscle tension, increasing blood flow, and restoring range of motion to support the body’s natural healing process.

Before my massage career, I worked in marketing at a high-tech company, giving me firsthand insight into the stress and physical strain many professionals face. This experience allows me to provide targeted treatments that address workplace tension and help clients regain balance.

I am passionate about kinesiology, anatomy, and the muscular system, continually expanding my knowledge to ensure the highest level of care. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking relaxation, my goal is to provide personalized therapy that meets your unique needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy Pickleball, SUP, swimming, skiing, world travel, hiking, cooking, and participating in service projects with my church. I believe that a balanced life is key to well-being, and I strive to help my clients achieve the same through my work.
