I use CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Therapy and Myofascial Therapy to help decrease pain and stress located in the body. These can be physical, emotional or psychological. These are all lighter touch therapies but work deeper into the tissues.

I owned my own massage business for 23 years in Kentucky.

I moved to Wisconsin to be closer to my youngest grandchildren.
