For the past eight years, Alina has studied at Coach the Body Institute in Evanston, Illinois. She has also completed extensive training in Thailand through the School of Thai Vedic Arts and has trained in Wuo Tai. In addition, Alina holds a 200 YTT and has completed Pilates training, allowing her to bring a deeper understanding of movement, alignment, and mindful awareness to her practice.

Thai massage offers many benefits for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, including relief from sore muscles, increased flexibility, deep relaxation, mental clarity, improved circulation, sports recovery, and injury prevention.

"I believe in the connection between deliberate intention, practiced awareness, loving touch, and the body's ability to heal itself. My goal is to create a safe, guided exploration of the body while supporting each individual on their self-care journey.

I became a massage therapist after personally experiencing the powerful effects of massage, and I want to help others move toward optimal health. These holistic practices have helped heal and transform my own body, and it is an honor to share their gifts with you."- Alina
