Certified massage therapist, movement nerd, nature lover, and your body’s new best friend.

I help people feel more at home in their bodies- less tension, more ease, better sleep, and a lot more deep breaths.

My style blends the nurturing flow of Swedish and Lomi Lomi, the stretching and grounding of Thai yoga massage, and the precision of reflexology and body mechanics knowledge. I’m especially passionate about helping people unwind from the wear and tear or modern life- hello tech neck, tight hips and tired feet,

Every session is tailored to you. Whether you need full-body relaxation, a tension reset, or focused work on your head, hands or feet, I’ve got you. I also offer add-ons like hot stones, CBD oil, and aromatherapy inspired by the elements- think forest, ocean or desert vibes.

For now, I’m primarily mobile- bringing the massage table to your home, office, or retreat space. I’m also on the lookout for a cozy studio space to offer in-office sessions one or two days a week.
