Welcome to Aligned Senses. At Aligned Senses you will be transported to a heart centered space of healing care, and touch. As a Licensed Massage Therapist it is my mission to continuously educate myself and grow in technique that will help my clients thrive towards their goals of health, wellness and recovery. Since Early 2020 our society has become more sedentary, our joints and muscles get stiff and sore faster, and our bodies; including our senses all become misaligned. My mission is to work together to become more aligned.

I have chosen to deepen my knowledge of the body and its movements by also becoming Hellerwork certified, which allows me to teach body movement and structural integration. As the tension and restrictions in your body are released through bodywork, you have the unique opportunity to move in new and more fluid patterns. Whether it's the repetitiveness and overuse due to job related movements or basic movements such as standing, sitting, and walking, it is my honor to facilitate you on your journey of health and healing.
