This process is one of teaching you how you can calm your nervous system, ground the mind and center your breath by using a combination of eastern and western medicine techniques.

By teaching scientifically proven biological hacks before each massage, we bring your awareness to your body as your mind relaxes and drops into the first stage of the healing process. We then guide you along the process of activating your theta brain waves, which are usually only activated during sleep or deep meditation. We then use a combination of neuromuscular therapy techniques to trick the brain into letting go of the tension while the mind rests in this theta state. This creates a multi-functional modality of mind, body and soul work, bringing you into alignment with your natural state of being.
