My path into massage therapy started 23 years ago, I was referred to a Massage Therapist to ease some pain and tension in my back, what started out as an occasional session, turned into a leading part of my healing journey.

Along this journey I discovered how deeply stress, tension, and life's challenges can affect both the body and mind. I also experienced firsthand the powerful role that massage can play in supporting healing, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Those experiences inspired me to pursue massage therapy so I could help others find the same sense of relief, connection, and restoration.
