Hello + welcome! I'm a licensed massage therapist located in Berlin, OH. I graduated from Stark State College in 2022. I love getting massages, and I love studying about the human body. This combination is what got me interested in pursuing a career in massage therapy.

Since graduating, I've continued my education by studying the very intriguing & complex lymphatic system, and mostly recently, myofascial release. My massage style blends Swedish - firm pressure with myofascial and lymphatic work. I work at a slower pace & each move is intentional allowing the body time to release tension & reset.

At your initial visit, we'll talk about what brings you in & figure out what kind of massage would best fit your needs. I give special attention to detail & putting together a massage specialized just for you. If you're interested in scheduling, hit the "request appointment" button.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

(1) My sessions aren't rushed. I leave a generous gap between clients to cut back on neither you nor me feeling hurried before/after the appointment. (2) You can always communicate with me during the massage about pressure, temperature & anything else you wish to express. If talking helps you feel safe & settled, you are completely welcome to. If you prefer silence while on the table, that's perfectly ok too! Quiet will allow your busy mind to switch off & get the most from the session. (3) I definitely don't use feather-light touch, but if you want a super deep-tissue massage, I'm probably not the massage therapist for you. I can, however, recommend other GREAT therapists that offer this.
