Timmie Horvath (she/her), RMT, CST, E-RYT, is the Owner of Sacred Wellness Clinic. She is a Registered Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Craniosacral Therapist, Aromatherapist, Herbalist, and Flower Essence Practitioner.

A former Licensed Practical Nurse, Timmie has taught Yoga and Fitness classes since 2009 and continues to teach Zumba and Barre classes in Edmonton, AB. In 2015, she founded The Sacred Wellness School of Healing Arts (www.sacredwellness.co), and in 2020, she opened The Sacred Wellness Clinic in St. Albert, AB.

Training & Career Highlights:

Completed the 200-Hour YogaWorks Teacher Training in 2009 and became a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (now also a a YA Continuing Education Provider)
Became a Certified Fitness Instructor in 2010
Began teaching Reiki, energy healing, and natural wellness certification courses in 2015
Completed an Aromatherapy Certification and Aromatherapy Teacher Training in 2019, and has since completed advanced training in Essential Oil Safety, Essential Oil Kinetics, and Aromatic Skincare
Completed training as a Flower Essence Practitioner through Wild Rose College and The Bach Centre in 2020
Graduated from the 2200-Hour Massage Therapy Diploma program at MH Vicars School of Remedial Massage
Completed the Master Herbalist Certification program at Trinity School of Natural Health in 2022
Became a registered Craniosacral Therapist in 2023, having studied from Upledger, Biodynamic, and Visionary schools of Craniosacral Therapy
