I have been working full time as a massage therapist since graduating from the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, N. Carolina, in 2016. My therapeutic massage approach blends deep tissue, myofascial, and sports massage techniques that ease the aches and pains, tension and loss of function caused by the stressors or mere routines of life. I tailor my techniques to you, regardless of age, physical fitness, prior injuries, or lifestyle.

I've learned from my thousands of hours performing massage how the component parts of the human body are deeply interconnected, so the root of your pain may be a pinch or misalignment or protective clenching somewhere far from where you feel it. Your body gives me clues, so that I can find the source and thus make you feel better.
