The journey to becoming a massage therapist has been one of finding my truth, finding my best self, so that I can help my clients be their best self.

My first time receiving a professional massage was during my pregnancy with my first daughter. It was a prenatal massage during my second trimester and it was a slice of heaven admist all of the aches and pains that pregnancy is known to bring. My next encounter with massage was when my daughter was four months old and we participated in an infant massage class for six weeks at our local baby shop. It was then I knew I found my calling, but it would be three more years until I finally got to start school and take the steps towards building a career as a massage therapist.

In July of 2017 I started a 16 month program at Cortiva Institute and finished in October of 2018. During my time in school I discovered my passion for energy work and massaging expecting mothers. Six months after graduation I certified in prenatal and postnatal massage.

Another modality I am so excited to offer my clients is Yomassage. Yomassage is a yoga and massage infusion held in a class setting with up to 5 particpants. In class we use various props such as bolsters, mats, blankets, and blocks to get into restorative yoga positions. While in each position, I provide 60 to 90 seconds of massage for each participant. During this classs we get into a deep state of relaxation with breathwork and practicing mindfulness.

I am passionate about making touch accessible for all and educating people about the benefits of therapeutic touch. I am a Trauma Informed Bodyworker and warmly welcome victims of abuse and trauma to come to my space and receive massage in a safe and secure enviroment.
