A healing sanctuary is a special place where you can embark on a transformative journey in a safe and nurturing environment.

Through the art of massage and focused breath work, my skilled hands work their magic on your muscles, providing relief from pain and tightness. Because I believe in the power of relaxation, and treating the body as a whole, I’ll gently release stress, tension, and discomfort with aligned intention. This allows your body's natural healing abilities to restore ease and balance to your body, mind, and spirit. My goal is to induce deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Other therapies may include Reiki, breathing techniques, aromatherapy via Young Living essential oils for daily use, sound healing, or guided meditation/hypnosis, and other helpful tips to help you maintain a sense of balance.

I understand that everyone's needs and desires are unique, and I am dedicated to tailoring each session or program specifically to you. Using my intuitive expertise and diverse energy healing abilities I am also happy to co-create with you a unique blend of therapies.

I invite you to experience the gentle oasis of healing and wellness that Peaceful Dragonfly provides. Book your massage or Reiki session here or find more information on our website below. I look forward to welcoming you to our friendly and inviting sanctuary.
