Rachel finds herself most comfortable when faced with a challenge. Her variety of skills combine to shine most brightly when working with health-conscious, active women looking to improve the quality of their lives by decreasing stress, anxiety, tension, and pain, and increasing energy, range of motion, quality of sleep, work performance, and relationships, and/or those who have recently been in a car accident and have pain along their spine (neck, back, hips). As a certified injury prevention instructor, Rachel most enjoys keeping the light of other massage therapists shining brightly by teaching them about the causes and symptoms of injuries, and how to prevent injuries so they can continue their careers for as long as their hearts desire.

If you are looking for therapeutic massage to treat injuries and pain following a car accident or general stress management, specifically for your upper back, shoulders, and neck tension and pain relief, your search can end right here. Resolving pain and reducing tension in these areas is my specialty, though I'm experienced with prenatal massage, relaxation massage, and Set-N-Me-Free aloe spa treatments. I continue to learn more techniques to apply during the massage and ideas for ways my clients can help themselves between sessions so they can get the results they want faster.

My preferred clients to work with are health-conscious, active women looking to improve the quality of their lives by decreasing stress, anxiety, tension, and pain, and increasing energy, range of motion, quality of sleep, work performance, and relationships, and/or those who have recently been in a car accident and have pain along their spine (neck, back, hips).
