WHAT WE DO

Your body knows what it needs, we listen.

Pain and related symptoms are your body's way of saying, "SOMETHING'S WRONG!" It's easy to ignore the clear messages the body sends and seek immediate relief through pain killers or relaxation massages.

At Mission Wellness, we listen to the signals your body is sending. Our training enables us to interpret your body's cries for help. Pain and discomfort are symptoms of physiological strains and tight fascia. We focus on the root cause of your symptoms to bring long-term pain relief and healing.

My training are: FascialCounterstrain, CranioSacral Therapy and other modalities. Check out the counterstrain.com website for more information.

My work is over the clothes so wear yoga/exercise, comfy clothes. I don't do regular massage with lotion.
