At Mission Wellness, we listen to the signals your body is sending. Our training enables us to interpret your body's cries for help. Pain and discomfort are symptoms of physiological strains and tight fascia. We focus on the root cause of your symptoms to bring long-term pain relief and healing.

My work is over the clothes so wear yoga/exercise, comfy clothes. I don't do regular massage with lotion.
