My Barefoot Massage is as fluid and comforting as a traditional hands-on session and you may forget I'm using my feet! This deeply relaxing treatment uses broad, even pressure to ease pain, improve mobility, and support healthy posture. Choose the length of your session and it will be customized to match your specific needs and goals.

My role as a therapeutic bodyworker is to partner with you to awaken your body’s natural capacity for self-healing. We’ll explore how simple shifts in posture, breath and movement can help extend healing beyond your session.
