Life can be very stressful at times and sometimes it’s hard to find that moment of peace and quiet, let alone 60 or 90 minutes to ourselves with no interruptions for a beneficial massage that the body and mind so desperately deserve. That’s why I truly appreciate being able to be a part of that experience for someone.

I am a Graduate of the National Holistic Institute, a college of Massage Therapy. There are so many reasons why I got into massage therapy. My mother was the main reason. She was in pain from working so many days and hours providing for my siblings and I. So I would massage her legs and feet, I always felt like I was really healing her, actually making her pain go away help her prepare for the next day. I wanted to learn more about this new passion for healing, so I went to the best massage school available to learn the correct and safe way to properly massage. Every since I graduated I’ve been able to work in Physical Therapy offices, Chiropractic offices, high end spas and hotels and even help athletes prepare and relax. I’ve been so honored to have been able to be a part of someone’s healing process after surgery, traumatic experiences or just helping their body relax and de stress after a busy day of work and life.
