You do not need to check in with the gym staff to receive your massage. Please expect to hear some background noise of the weights being dropped inside the gym.

As a massage therapist, my goals are to facilitate stretch and proper muscle contraction in order to maintain healthy movement through the body. I integrate neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, and deep tissue techniques in my massages. I am also prenatal certified. My education is from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, CO, and from continuing education courses online through the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals learning center.
