Massage is so much more than pampering and relaxation, It is about wellness, health maintenance and pain management. I discovered the value of massage therapy through personal experiences. I am a active hiker, walker, and kayaker, therefore I have a good understanding of the injuries and chronic pain that can be associated with an active lifestyle. Through my own medical issues and struggling with Western medicine, I found a need for natural healing and massage. I found massage to be a power healing tool for my own body.
